Rowena's first creation remains our number one seller. Each 44 oz and will serve 16 to 20 people. The distinctive almond flavor appeals to all ages. Add a jar of Lemon Curd Sauce to create a lively duo.

Rowena's Cakes have a wonderful shelf life. You are able to keep Rowena's cakes in the freezer for a year. Freezing improves the moisture, texture and taste of the cake. You can also re-freeze them as often as needed to extend the shelf life. At Room temperature, the cakes will last 3-4 weeks. If you refrigerate their shelf life is extened to 6-8 weeks.

This cake would make a wonderful gift for any occation. It is delicious. I will be ordering for my husbands company as Christmas gifts for his clients. Even the box it comes in is nice.
