A noteworthy speciality. The "Yun" in Yunnan means "cloud" as most teas in Yunnan are grown in misty mountainous elevations of 3000-7000 ft. above sea level. Yunnan green tea has a beautiful greyish green whole leaf, some with quite a few silvery tips. The infusion develops a bright golden greenish liquor and a fresh green tea flavor.
