Zaklady is the only company authorized by the city authorities to include the word "Boleslawiec" into the name of the company. The trademark and their products are marked with this stamp and protected by law in the USA.

This pottery exceeds the requirements for the Food and Drug Administration(FDA) and the California Proposition 65 for lead and cadmium in food/Beverage Ceramicware Products and Ceramicware with "Lip and Rim" Decorations.
